KEEMO JOINT

Keemo is a point of sale that uses a Tablet to process credit card payments, generates electronic invoices and provides a powerful business administration tool. Designed for the growing market of PyMES (small and medium businesses in Mexico), Keemo is an integral solution that eliminates the use of bulky and expensive registers, replacing them with a better experience for the seller and the buyer.

Using an intriguing shape in colorful finished, the Joint concept is an extrusion of a flat surface into a knob-like back that floats on top of a fixed base allowing movements that resemble bone joints. This allows multiple positions and angles of vision, which are helpful for a busy commerce.  The Joint concept is thought for where there is close interaction between cashiers and buyers. Its design is eclectic, making it fitting for multiple shop designs.

Its look comes from a translation of the functions needed into the forms that would allow them to be performed easily and effectively. The screen is the key element; it is accessible from all angles thanks to a 360∫ rotation. The viewing angle can be adjusted as well as turned towards the opposite side for a reorientation of the screen. The base counts with a safety coushin to protect it from harsh movements.

Keemo is a project designed for Diverza, an industry leader in the development and implementation of financial and administration electronic services in Mexico. Diverza was one of the first companies to offer the electronic invoice service and it has continued to innovate in this field through new apps and services for the business market.
